Transfer to Go (very easy, complete and seamless). Their accuracy plus communication of all prescriptions is far better and customer oriented than the big name chain pharmacies. It is nice to talk to competent, friendly people when calling or dropping by their clean organized pharmacy. I have found that when I'm told dates for example, the dates don't change or get cancelled like their competition. Great people here. Thanks again Go.

I would like to personally Thank Reigh for her outstanding customer service. I went to pick up my medication on Friday afternoon and unfortunately it was not ready yet and was going to be another 45 minutes. I was going to wait but then she told me that she would personally deliver them to my house in Cape Cape Coral the following afternoon. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond!

Vladimir went out of his way to call my wife and discuss the situation with her 2 medications she was having problems with. Sent a nice lady named Jensen to personally bring my wife's medication to the house within 3 hours of her phone call with Vladimir. Thank you for caring about my wife as she was very distressed over this medication situation. Again, thank you for caring and going above and beyond for her.

I send a lot of scripts in here and my patients love them, they answer the phones, are quick to respond, help others where the big box pharmacies tell people know. My patients would not be able to get their treatment without them. Cannot thank enough!

Pharmacy Go in Estero is definitely the place to go if you want professional competent service in filling your compounded or regular prescriptions. It was a pleasure and great experience dealing with Reigh, who does the compounding scripts, in filling my prescription for a hand injury/surgery. She handled everything with my hand surgeon and got my prescription done asap along with explaining how to use it. You made my day Reigh! Thank you! When calling in to Pharmacy Go; their phone is answered by Rowan who listens to what you need and so nicely takes care of you right away without putting you on hold for 30 minutes. Yes that’s right - you actually get a very nice human on the phone when you call!!! Reigh is the best pharmacist I have ever encountered. I was having a very difficult time finding a life saving medication for our dog until I found Reigh at PharmacyGo. She is so caring, helpful, comforting and compassionate. She found what we needed and makes sure she has it in stock so my refills are always available.
